Hello!! As promised in my "Pineapple Sangria" recipe, here is my Rose Sangria Recipe. Enjoy!
Rose Sangria Recipe - by asheycakes
Makes 1 jug (serves 6-10)
Ingredients/What You Will Need
1 x bottle of Rose (I used 1x 750mL of Oyster Bay Rose)
1 bottle of lemonade OR soda water
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup Cointreau (or any orange liquor)
1 tsp white sugar
1 x chopped and cored apples
2 x chopped and cored white peaches
1 x orange (sliced and cored)
A handful of blueberries
A handful of raspberries
A handful of cherries (I left the stones in for this one)
Wooden spoon
1.5 L jug
Method
Chop all your fruit and place into the jug.
Add in 1 whole bottle of Rose into jug, and gently stir with wooden spoon.
Add in brandy and Cointreau, then stir gently again. Taste and add sugar if needed.
Place in fridge (at least 8 hours before serving, works best overnight).
30 minutes before serving, take out of fridge and top up with lemonade or soda water (I used lemonade).
Enjoy!
