Hi friends! Seeing as we've got a lot of new friends here at asheycakes, I thought it was time to do a question and answer type blog! Yes, I've done a few of these before but I feel like I haven't done one for ages. So, today's 20 questions blog questions come from "The Chikalbe". Enjoy!

20 Questions

1. How would you describe your style? Casual and comfortable, can dress-up when going out (but that doesn't happen often). I was once described as dressing like a grandma LOL.

2. What's your best trait? Time management and organisation skills.

3. What's your worst trait? Not leaving the house enough.

4. What makes you happy? Benji (my dog), Luke (my partner), taking photos, food, ice cream, nature, travelling, little things like someone remembering my favourite chocolate bar, comedy shows, seeing friends. There's a lot.

5. What's your biggest pet peeve? I have misophonia, so it's when someone else is chewing, it's so annoying haha AND when the TV is on and someone else is watching videos on their phone.

6. What's your most used emoji? I don't think I can put it in here, but it's the laughing emoji.

7. What's your favourite memory? The day we got Benji!

8. What's your favourite holiday? I'm not sure if this means like fave public holiday OR favourite holiday I've been on, so I'll answer both - fave seasonal holiday is New Year's and my favourite holiday I've been on is when we went to the Barossa Valley.

9. What's your favourite colour? Red and purple.

10. What's your favourite ice cream flavour? ALL OF THEM! I really like cookies and cream, chocolate, caramel, anything.

11. Using one word, how would you describe yourself? Dedicated.

12. What's the scariest movie you've ever watched? Oooh I've watched a lot of scary movies, and the one that really sticks out was The Nun. I saw it at the movies and I was spooked ALL night, I couldn't sleep. It's embarrassing. The rest of The Conjuring series was fine, though. I also got really scared of the original Wrong Turn movies.

13. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? I wanna travel so many places but my bucket list places are Canada, Iceland, Mexico, Japan, the Galapagos Islands, and Antarctica.

14. What's your favourite day of the week? Friday.

15. What's your relationship status? De facto, I think!? I live with my partner Luke :)

16. If you could shop at a store for free, what store would you shop at? The supermarket haha.

17. What did you want to be when you were little? Omg, I had so many ideas! I wanted to be a SFX make up artist at one point, then I wanted to be an actor/model, then I wanted to be a police officer to become a detective, then I wanted to be a forensic scientist, and now here I am, a content creator with a masters degree. I dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing LOL.

18. What's one food you think you'd never eat? I always like to say I'll try everything once, but I probably wouldn't be able to do a century egg or Balut (shout out to a fellow blogger who taught me about Balut, *shudder)

19. Which actor would play you in a movie about your life? Someone funny. I'd like Amy Poehler but we probably have nothing in common, so maybe Leighton Meester? I have no idea.

20. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Oh god, I hate this question. I hope that I am still with Luke and Benji and we have travelled more, done more cool things, and maybe own property. Also, I'd like to be more successful in my content creator journey so I can keep doing it.
